A useful first
conversation.

We start with the possibility, question or decision, the desired outcome, sponsor, place and people involved. Bring existing research, what is known about people’s needs and experiences, and the questions that remain. For an enterprise brief, include customers, demand, pricing, costs and the next commercial decision. For a funder or programme brief, include the portfolio question and support mandate. Timing, resources and procurement help establish a realistic route into the work.
